Will I get an earring that's exactly like the picture I see?

You will receive earrings as pictured but may not be identical. All our leather earrings are handmade by our talented artisans, making each pair unique! All leather is real leather and has various beautiful textures, markings and shades. They are each individually hand cut and hand crafted. Imperfections may exist in the cutting and textures of the leather, creating each piece unique and one of a kind!

What are the earring posts made of?

Our earring posts are made of brass and are all nickel free and lead safe. Most people with sensitive ears have no problems with our earrings!

Is the back of the earring the same as the front?

For the most part, the back of the earring will be the same color as the front or a slightly different shade. It will not be a smooth finish like the front due to the nature of leather. If the front of the leather is a texture the back will not have the texture.

On our cork backed leather pieces it is a natural color. For most leathers that have a print on the front it is a neutral backing.

What's the best way to care for my products?

For care of leather earrings it is best to store them laying flat or hanging.

Avoid swimming and full exposure to water when wearing/using any of our leather products (earrings, bracelets, keychains).

Will my item arrive on time?

We ship everything out as fast as possible through USPS, usually 2-3 business days, the estimated delivery time is usually accurate.

However, once an item is shipped it is out of our control and up to USPS to make prompt delivery. We are not responsible for lost mail, damaged mail or failure to deliver due to USPS. 

We are not responsible for any orders wrongly delivered due to incorrect mailing addresses. Please double check your address before placing your order. 

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Empowered Goods is not responsible for delays due to customs.
